Their service simply does not work, and when you ask them for a refund they will make all kinds of ridiculous excuses for why they can't refund you. Their "money back guarantee" is complete bullshit. You will NEVER see your money back once you have given it to them. I have heard from several people that their credit card information was stolen very soon after they bought an account with Multihosters. I have reported Multihosters to my bank, who are now investigating and will very likely stop issuing payments for them. You have been warned. Do not fall victim to these scam artists.
