Unreliable and Unresponsive!!!
October 2018 we retained Muldoon Associates to Manage our property and Jessie Scott contacted us immediately we met and did a walk through and agreed on what was needed to rent out property. We believed everything was fine until June of 2019 when we received an electric bill for our property. I promptly contacted Jessie and he informed me he no longer works for Muldoon. So I reached out via a phone call and left a voice mail. My call was not returned, I called a second time and days later my call was returned. I forwarded the bill and also set up a walk through of the property. We met in mid July for the walk through (as I was deploying to Iraq) and at that point I was introduced to our new property manager. I was told she would be handling the refund of the electrical bill as soon as the tenants paid the money to Muldoon Associates. Fast forward to the August we still have not had a resolution to the Electrical bill. We reached out numerous times to Daniel about our electric bill refund after several attempts we were told that the bill was lost and asked could we could resend so they could verify this actually happened. This is insane we have tenants and they missed a payment and even stated they missed said payment. So we resent the actual bill again. On September 10th we emailed again as we have not heard anything on the Electric bill. Kerri at this time reached out and stated I am your new property manager. On because we have reached out numerous times did we finally get a formal email that we had a new property manager. On September 28th we received our money for the above mentioned bill. We were then informed the tenants have decided not to renew there lease. At that point we decided to sell our property. We notified Muldoon in October 2019 we have decided to sell the property. So today 10/29/2019 we received a phone call from the tenants asking if they can stay in the property until 11 November 2019. We said you will have to discuss that with the property management company. They informed us that they have attempted several times to contact them with zero responses back to there requests. They also called our relator asking for help! After speaking with our relator he informed us that Muldoon Associates has terminated there contract with us as 10/27/2019. We had our relator forward us the termination email. Our tenants lease runs through 11/02/2019 under that lease Muldoon Associates represents our interest until that day. They QUIT on us! We now have tenants with zero legal representation, we have tenants with no signed rental agreement and a company that quit on us and will not respond to our needs as there actual employer, yes they work for us as we hired them to represent our interests. We received our tenants security deposit and basically are left to fend for our selves. Are tenants also informed us that they did not want to move and there original intent was to stay. But they could not get in contact with Muldoon to even try and renew there lease or even extend. Do not deal with this company! Colorado Springs has many better options. This company does not seem to have the best interest of owners or tenants. Maybe this review will get a timely response (as emails and phone calls do not), as small companies are only as good as there reviews.

We have live in a home rented by Muldoon for over 2 years and during this time they never answer the phone or return calls. They never et around to fixing anything broken. We gave our 30day notice a week ago. They told us we have to be at home when they show the property Becuase of the dog so we had to take off work and got to house and they weren't there and then we called and they said they forgot and had to reschedule! Saturday I sit and wait 15min and they don't show. I text Naomi and say "it's very unprofessional to text 15 min after the scheduled appt and I don't appreciate it"... She calls my husband and tells him that if she (referring to me) is in the house she will tell the landlord that we have extra dog in the house and have us evicted and lose our deposits!!! I'm the wife that lives and rents this house and she is blackmailing us!!!
