Back in July 2015, Mulberry Lane Studio's owner, Amanda Dykan' lawyer, Austin, requested I edit/remove my prior negative reviews on various websites as to NOT hurt her business. I agreed because I was then told I would receive my pictures within 4-6 weeks from July 4th. Lies! I am sure there aren't more negative reviews as others removed them to just be done with it and to get their pictures. Fast forward to today. Pretty sad when you pay a Vendor in full, and then when its time to deliver, they don't. I paid Mulberry Lane Photography of Keller, TX $3200 for pictures and she refuses to give me my pictures. Reason unknown. Contract states she has 4-6 weeks. Saturday will be SIXTEEN weeks!!! She won't answer texts, emails or calls. I implore anyone looking for pictures NOT to utilize Mulberry Lane or its owner, Amanda Dykan. I have filed a BBB report and my next course of action is small claims court.
Review the people who did post about her lack of follow up and poor customer service on Yelp, WeddingWire, Project Wedding and TheKnot. But, beware! If you post your honest review, Beware! Contracts are for the Vendor's protection, not the Consumer. Some vendors use this to their advantage. But, I'm not concerned I have nothing but time on my hands. The other Yelp reviews and those on other sites are sad, because she does beautiful work. She just lacks follow through and customer service once paid in full.
