I am an attorney who contacted the website by email to discuss removing my client's mugshot. I received the most rude responses and copy and paste answers from their site. The emails come from a Jon Smith (very original). Instead of trying to hear out the facts to resolve the issues, he tries to be derogatory while using incorrect terms. I do not understand how a company or site like this is still allowed to operate. There needs to be a serious class action or some type of suits against them, to remove their site. Maybe then, will the provide adequate customer service and concern for the well being of others. It is enough that innocent people have to suffer the embarrassment or horror of being wrongfully arrested, but now they have to fight a battle with websites like Mugshots.com to protect their reputation.
MUGSHOTS.COM obtained DESTROYED 1997 false arrest with false nolle pros felonies charges . They obtained this deceptively and illegally on march 08, 2013. They violated my rights by posting this negative report about me which impacted my professional career deeply. This information online is responsible for the cause of my unemployment and being destitute. I am a law abiding citizen. The court destroyed the arrest information because I was found innocent. I don't want to list the details about this case in this report. Imagine being falsely accused, arrested and incarcerated for 24 days in 1997? Today in 2018, Julkisuudessa LLC of Nevis, West Indies aka MUGSHOTS.COM obtained this information illegally in March 8, 2013. They violated my rights by publishing this destroyed record online. Imagine when a prospective employer conducted a search about me online : the arrest information will eventually pop up ☝ like I am a criminal with felonies : Burglary, Assault and Kinapping. Please this company needs to be out of business because they are violating the rights and reputation of law abiding citizens worldwide. I had contacted MUGSHOTS.com regarding this issue. They did not reply . As an American Law abiding Citizen . I was arrested in Janaury of 2015. I was never convicted and my case was dismssed. I paid my attorney to have my record expunged. This was granted in the 18th Judical Circuit in Brevard County Florida on September 20th, 2016.
I have contacted mugshots.com to remove this and have been threatend that I am admitting to an arrest on a recorded line. The Company will not provide contact information, and hang up the phone if you dont pay the $400.00
This site is a embarrassment to people trying to live their private lives. I am listed as a offender , but I am not. this needs removal or i will pursue a lawsuit under the statue of slander. This is very like a second rate site from another country. I own the virtual property, which makes it illegal to post or comment on anything of me or written by me without permission.
In September 2013, my daughter who suffered from schizophrenia, blindness, and alcoholism became hysterical and threatened to become violent, so I called 911 as a precaution. She finally settled down and I was able to leave without incident. I phoned 911 back to cancel the emergency. They sent an officer out there anyway and my daughter made up a story that I had pushed her. Although she had no marks or bruises and there was no evidence of assault and I was a woman in my 60's with no history of assault, I was arrested anyway. Soon after, my daughter took her life and the charges were dismissed and expunged. This whole experience was deeply devastating to me and to my family. Although I provided court documents to prove the case had been expunged, Mugshots.com refuses to remove my mugshot and arrest record. I have contacted Mugshots.com, Amazon Technologies who hosts their site, Google, the State Atty General, ICANN, IC3, and the Department of Commerce with court documents proving the charge was dismissed and sealed, Mugshots.com refuses to remove my mugshot and arrest record. I want to join a class action lawsuit but I don't know where to start. I would very much appreciate any help you can give me.
