In November of 2016, I ordered 3 jackets from Mugs and Beyond. The company took the $218 for the order from my account immediately. In January, I had not received MY order, so I followed up with them via email and messenger (the only ways the company provides to contact them). The responded a few days later stating that they would send my order. It has now been 7 months, and I have not received MY order. I have sent several messages requesting a refund and have not received a refund, and no one will respond to my messages, even though they have been seen. Research shows that this has happened to several others during the same time period.
