I sent 2 firearms in to have them cerakoted, both originated from ebay listings for this service. These listings were pre paid and shipping to Ohio was paid for by me. First was Feb 25 2017 and was 165 dollars for coating, this firearm needed possible repair/gunsmithing which I assumed would be discussed but that subject was never brought up. Second was Sept 16 2017 i paid 130 dollars for coating on glock 23 pistol. Needless to say I never recieved completed work despite patient waiting and multiple inquires. I even sent money for shipping of my property done or not on Dec 1st 2017 20 dollars. Now I just want my property returned
I purchased a Multi-cam cerakote service through eBay from this company called Sporse who also does business on Facebook as MSG Limited and MSGFirearms. Pay out was made Sept. 5, 2017 and part (Alfa Wolf G34 slide/stripped upper receiver) shipped to Sporse via USPS Sept. 11, 2017. Confirmation from Sporse required email via eBay sent Reply from Sporse on Sept. 14, 2017 Sporse Reply: "we got it"
Emails from that day went unanswered until Oct. 6. 2017. I sent "What's wrong with you guys not to answer simple questions and why would you risk any more negative feedback? The turn-around time has been exceeded and simply wanted a status. Tnx

We did exceed the turn time on this order, we did state in the terms that may happen, However, I understand that you do not care about that or anything other than your slide being finished, we just happen to be moving into a new building, and again I know thats not your concern, I will whip it out tonight.

Other emails went unanswered asking for the return Tracking #. I was forced to open a service case with eBay just to get his phone. At that point, HE HAD ALREADY TERMINATED HIS EBAY ACCOUNT AND REMOVED ALL HIS SERVICES FOR SALE one day before my deadline (two months) to leave Negative feedback. I was provided his cell .
The last feedback he received was Negative before removing Sporse left by someone who received their barrel in pieces.
My first and only conversation with Mr. Schutte was after leaving a voice mail. He stated he was in Cancun with his wife and all the cell towers were not working, so he could not use the computer and he was moving his shop and that there was no power for the shop equipment. He assured me that as soon as they were back online, his guys would knock it out for me. He also said he would not steal it, but I never inferred or accused him of theft. My only concern was getting my item back safely and in one piece.
What is he doing on a Mexican vacation when he has so many angry customers and orders to fill? If he is taking all these parts, all of you should be able to figure out what he is doing with them. It's very lucrative business and astonishing to think he is able to maintain this criminal behavior unless someone is protecting him.

Left a voicemail demanding the return of my property. Mr. Schutte has permanently deserted and I will proceed with the Police in Springfield today and file as many complaints at the Fed site ic3.gov as well as post this entire report at every gun forum and cerakoting forum\blog I can find for many years to come. So anyone who cares better to check first before doing business with snakes like this.. don't get burned.
Sporse hung his ad out in huge colorful letters that he offered a 5 to 15 day turnaround after receiving the part and down at the bottom in small print you need a magnifying glass to find out how it could take longer.. how about never. He left out the section that you will never see it again and don't bother to call or write, it's not going to help.

Purchased a cerakote service on June 4, 2017. Lead times were quoted at 7-15 business days so I figured a month is realistic. We are closing in on 5 months and no update and no communication for more than a month after responding to me saying that item would be shipped multiple times. I just want communication, even if I have to wait.
I have called the number on their facebook page and it is all automated and no one ever picks up or returns calls. They do not return ebay mesages or emails and will not defend themselves on the BBB. This is my last hope and I would love to have some communication from MSG Limited. Their website also myseriously does not work any more...

I waited top contact him until early May to see if there was an issue as I asked for a simple service: Slide one color, Frame another color. No patterns, no tricks, no scribes etc.
This was the first "I'll check and let you know tomorrow" responses I received.
In June I asked that he send the pistol back and refund my money.
Nothing.
I called the police who related that I was not the first to call them for help with this guy.
I told him this and he still refused to return the pistol.
I have been patient.
I have not shouted nor screamed nor called him names and he still refuses to return my weapon.
My next steps are to contact the company that makes Cerakote to see if I can get him cut off.
I will also contact the FBI and ATF to see if they want to weigh in.

Well I purchased a cerakote service for my glock on March the 24th off of eBay. EBay auction list 7-15 day turn around. June 9th it will be 12 weeks and it still hasn't shipped. Then I actually got a hold of him on June 1st and he blamed it on the post office. Saying they picked it up and put it back in his received box. And once again assured me it would shipped the 5th of June. I understand things happen and deadlines are not met but this is ridiculous. Now msg limited and Mark have stopped replying to my eBay messages, Facebook messenger messages, phone calls or emails. I guess my next steps are to contact my attorney, the police, ATF, BBB and so on till I get my slide back. I have even went as far as to say don't coat it if it isn't done yet and just send it back to me. I just want my slide back. Now Mark will try and say I probably am not even a customer of his(like he done on the last report filed on here) and that I am a competitor or some other nonsense but I can assure you I am a real customer and have proof of ever thing I have listed.
