One of the worst promotions out there. Cumbersome, not user friendly, costs to extend promotion which is for only 2 nights, can't use more than one certificate back to back, must wait 24 to 48 hrs to get a call back from a supervisot. Can't use within 7 days of a holiday, few self service optiond.
