On Sunday May 8th 2016 I used my washer and when it started to drain, it was over flowing my toilet, and the water was flowing in the opposite direction, so I had a clog somewhere. I then contacted Mr. Rooter at (***) ***-**** and was told that a representative would be out soon, I asked how much and was told it would be a free quote. First price was $330, then when I said no thank you, it dropped to $79. So after an hour of this guy slinging feces all over my walls, mirrors, light sockets, and just everywhere, including outside of my bathroom, I had enough. He clearly didn’t know what he was doing and he completely destroyed my bathroom in my new house. He then told me he had to do something else and it would cost another $150. I told him to pack up his equipment and just leave, and that I didn’t appreciate the mess that he made. He left, and I had to hire a new plumber the next day. After he inspected my wash out, the new plumber asked me to come and take a look at it. He also pointed out that all my desert land scape rocks were not around the wash out, then we looked down into the bottom and it was full of rocks. I paid him $135 to snake the drain, which lasted a week. I now have to have a high pressure procedure done at over a $500 expense. Don’t ever hire Mr. Rooter, they like to throw rocks in your drain when they can’t do the job they were hired to do.
