Purchased a Ruger RPR in 308......received unit, receiver was burnished and black oxide coating wore off, appeared to be a display model. Foam Packaging was damaged and outside shipping carton was not packed right. Nate blamed it on Ruger when it was their fault. will never buy from them again!!!
Went to their website to purchase a gun for our customer, went through the process and submitted the credit card info, clicked place order, no receipt, no aknowledgement, no email, nothing. Called them on the phone, they said they are having problems with the website, but it did charge our card, so I said OK, just give me a confirmation number and send it to us. Seems reasonable right? NOT to them, they said you need to go back on the website and do it again, I said what?" and get charged twice?? Yes he said, eventually the extra charges would come off! WOW! I could not get them to help us at all.
THEY TOOK THE MONEY, but wouldn't deliver the product!
I reported them to the attorney general and everyone else I can think of.
