I contacted the owner Daisy "Sabrina Danies" of "Mr Antenna" Phoenix Arizona franchise owner for information on her cut the cable antenna. She was a great sales person. She promised 100% satisfaction guarranty on her antenna and we would get all our local channels and up to 60 other channels. She told us the cost would be $350.00 total installed. Her installer Vincent H. installed the antenna Sat July 15, 2017 and upon completion gave us a up charged bill for $530.00. We only view our TV about 2 hours in the evenings usually. By Monday we gave up on trying to watch programs on the TV. When watching the picture would tile out and give "weak signal" messages then picture total loss. This was daily mid programs. The antenna just wasn't working.
Four days after installation July 19, 2017 Wednesday we contacted the installer and advised him the antenna did not work and wanted it removed and reconnect our cable. He advised me that he would call Sabrina Daniels the owner and advise her of the issue and would be out Friday 7-21-17 to remove it. After leaving several messages for Sabrina with no return calls during the week we finally got a call back from her Saturday 7-22-17 where she agreed to have her installer remove the equipment the next morning Sunday 7-23-17 which he did and she would mail us a refund check on Monday 7-24-17. A week went buy and no refund. We contacted her again and she said she mailed a check on Sat 7-29-17. Another week went by and no refund. We contacted her again and she said she would not be refunding our money. Her Web site clearly has the "100% Satisfaction Guarranty" displayed. She has removed all the equipment from our home by her installer and refuses a refund. We feel ripped off.
