Mpell Solutions, LLC. Reviews
ADT Security Systems had a promotion which offered a $99 installation fee, paid upfront but then you would receive a a $100 gift card from Mpell Solutions after system installed. In order to get the $100 gift card, you had to go to a Mpell Solutions web browner and print out the reward certificate. Page 1 of the contract is sent along with the completed reward certificate along with a $4.95 casher check or money order The gift card was received approx 6 weeks later. In ordr to use the card it had be registered online, which I did. Guidelines, if card not used for 12 consecutive month of inactivity a $2.95 fee be assessed monthly. Relacement card fee $5.00. After I registered the card, per the instructions, I attempted to use it for an online purchase (as instruactions indicated it could be used for ) The card would not be accepted. I tried several times, and again, online purchase would not accept the card. So what is going to happen after 12 months since I cannot use the card, are they going to bill me the monthly fee. Beware of this rip-off gift card.
ADT (home security business) had a promotion in November 2019 for a $100 gift cad from Mpell Solutions for a home security equipment installation. The installation was done at my home in Mid December 2019.
I followed the instructions provided by Mpell to obtain the gift card promised by ADT in the promotion. Mpell Solutions has not provided the gift card to date.
I switched from Cox Communications to DISH Network in August, 2016. The promise was to receive a $100 Giftcard if you sign up. I did sign up and completed all of the appropriate documents to receive the Visa Giftcard. I checked back with DISH several times to see where my giftcard was and they always said it takes 4-6 weeks to be patient. I call today and they gave me Mpell Solutions' number. I called today and spoke to a girl named Theresa. She was very rude and told me that the deal expired and that there was nothing she could do at this point. I feel the $100 Visa giftcard is owed to me. I am now locked into a 2 year agreement with Dish and feel I was ripped off
I responded to an advertisement for satellite services with Dish Network through a company named Go Dish. Go Dish was offering a $100.00 Visa gift card in lieu of a free installment of services with Dish Network and a 2 year price lock of $39.99 (Flex Pack). Around Sept. 20th of 2016, I got satellite services installed that was not free as advertised. I was charged a "one time processing fee" of $49.00 plus taxes to get the installation. I, also downloaded the reward certificate #GDH016816, filled it out and included a copy of my first month's bill.
I was required to mail the certificate and billing copy within the first 60 days of installation to: Mpell, Attn: GDH016, P.O. Box 230820, Encinitas, CA 92023-0820. There's a customer service number, 1-800-450-1575 that has an automated voice that tells me that the office is closed during the daytime hours that they're supposed to be open for business. When I checked the status of the reward redemption, they deny that they've received my certificate. I mailed it and a copy of my bill in September. I think I've been scammed by this, seemingly, fake company. I don't understand why Dish Network would be affiliated with this type of dishonest business practice. I'm going to try resending the certificate again; but, I don't really expect Go Dish to respond.
Thank you for your recent purchase from infinity dish. Just follow these simple steps to redeem your certificate for a $50 visa gift card. Thus the introduction with a link to the browser's address to print the certificate. But no such address came up on the screen.
