Same as everyone else, bought this 4 person tent for $69.99. Received it 6 weeks later. It’s a 1 person cheap tent and it’s broken as well. Just sad that no one seems to be helping take care of this seller that is just taking peoples money and not providing them with what they were supposed to.
I ordered my tent on July 7, 2018, the tent, if that is what you want to call it arrived today. It is not a hydraulic tent as advertised, nor does it look anything like what was advertised in the video. This looks more like a sunshade that goes in your windshield. I paid $69.99 for this tent, that had I seen it in a store I wouldn’t have paid $5. My daughter is 5’3” tall and barely fit by herself, this is advertised as a 3 to 4 man tent, even the shipping label has lies on it. This is a scam don’t do it!!!!
Sounds like they are running a scam on Facebook. Ordered the 3-4 person tent with hydraulics and got a flimsy flying disc looking tent with no hydraulics or stability as advertised. My husband compares it to the clumsiness of a sunshade for your auto. Can only try to contact people via email and no one responds. Took a month to get here from Lin jinrong from china. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!
I ordered a 4 person hydraulic easy up tent at a price of $70 US. What I recieved was a 1 person childs play tent, of the hoop pop up variety that you can buy at walmart in the kids toy section for about $6 US. I have tried mulitple times to e-mail and call the company but they do not respond. The order took nearly 4 weeks to ship from China and then ended up being a total scam.
The item advertised was listed as a hydraulic three person tent. The Paypal company supports this buyer in that do not take any responsibility for the fraudulant practices of this merchant, yet they continue to process payments for this merchant. The item i recieved was a popup tent that would sleep one small person not three as advertised. In addition, the tent looks nothing like what was advertised. THis tent cost 50$ to return and i was charged $69.99 for a product i did not receive.
Ordered a hydraulic dome tent for camping. It has been 4 weeks and still have not received tent. I have tried to track it but am diverted to Chinese website. I have tried emailing them and have not received any response. This seems to be a scam. I paid through Paypal which I thought odd since I clicked American express. not go through Paypal. The PAYPAL name on the receipt was LIN JINRONG.
There was an order placed on June 14th for the three second fast open hydraulic tent in Orange order number 5295 for the amount of 59.99. we waited a month for this to finally get it delivered and it is not the correct tent. The tent we received is a basic one person pop-up, no directions, no brand name on it.It would also be beneficial if you would send us directions for this basic tent so we can fold it back up to send back to you.If you need to email me you can send it to my wife at Shannon.Harlow 1975 at gmail.com.
Do we really need to get the better business bureau involved as I have received no response or solution to this problem. I to this day have heard nothing 7/28/2018.
I ordered a 3-4 person automatic hydraulic 3 second tent from Moyles Store, and after waiting a month to receive it, I received a cheap tent barely big enough for one small child. I have sent repeated emails to no avail. I could find no other contact info for this company.
Purchased a 4-man tent from Molyes Store through a Facebook pop-up ad for $69.99 the tent was to be a four-man hydraulic lift tent with pad and Rain cover. I was sent a one-man low quality $10 tent. This company is from China but was not listed as a out of country business and the payment was made through PayPal, PayPal will not reimburse . Company will not respond to request for refund.
Moyles Store are advertising on Facebook and via a website a range of tents and accesories. I ordered a 3-4 person hydraulically operated tent. Some time later I recieved a cheap crappy little tent that is designed for kids to play in. It is not even big enough to lay down in.
They have now moved operations to a new website in order to rip other people off.
I contacted PayPal to request a refund because "Moyles Stores" wouldn't respond to the email supplied. PayPal have insisted that I package the $5 tent up and send it back to China via recorded mail at my expense. The outlay was US$70 and the cost of returning the tent is probably going to be US$20. Chances are they will not acknoledge reciept of the tent in China, if indeed the supplied address is even accurate.
When are Facebook going to be to account for allowing scammers to openly advertise on their platform? I commented on Facebook and I was then blocked and my comments removed. PayPal also have a duty of care in these matters. By requiring me to return the goods sent by these scammers they are helping them to perpetuate their crimes.
The labelling on the packaging claims it is a 3-4 person hydraulic tent and states the weight to be 0.9Kg. The website states the tent is 4.3Kg. This is a total scam and Facebook as well as PayPal have a responsibility to protect consumers by vetting advertisers on their site and processing payments after many complaints have been recieved.
I mange an IT business so I'm well aware of scams from clients experiences and through background checks before buying online. This one got past me.
I ordered a tent from a website that appeared to be English/American. The tent took a long time to arrive and when it did the address was from China; not an initial concern, as many products come from that country. However, there was no return/exchange paper inside as with normal orders. Also, they sent a product looked absolutely nothing like the advertised tent. What I ordered was an automatic hydraulic-opening tent with a rain fly. What came was some tent folded into a disk with no fly and no opening apparatus. There were no instructions for operation and now the tent will not fold back into its original shipping position so that I can return it. I contacted the company several times and sent an email to the address on the confirmation email - no response and now I'm stuck with a tent that I cannot use.
This company is a rip-off. Don't believe anything they advertise on their website because it's a scam.
This is not legitimate website. they are fooling around people. I ordered the product and never received the tracking details. I have already tried to contact thru an email and no response yet.
6/25/18 I ordered the hydraulic dome tent for $69.99. As of 7/17/18 nothing has arrived. I have emailed the customer service twice. No response. I tried via the Facebook page 3 times....no response. Now the website has been removed. I see many many complaints about the very same thing on Facebook now. I am disputing my charges. Something needs to be done to stop these people!

Classic bait and switch. Showed tent on internet, we purchased, and a different, less expensive tent arrived.
We want a refund.
