I received a package on 8/3/2019 and it’s was from this company when I opened the package there was a Gucci scarf and a sales memo. This sales memo stated that the price of this scarf was 3850.00 and that the card that was given would be charge and that I agreed to this.
There is no phone number, address, website, no information at all to contact this company. I have never ordered anything like this. I don’t know what to do

It was received on 12/31/19. It had a Sales Memo in the package for $2,999.00 that was dated 01/10/2019. The shipping label on the package indicated that the value of it was $15 US dollars. It also had my telephone number on the shipping label. I believe this may be connected to another scam from late Nov. 2019 that my credit card company was quick to question me about an international charge.
In that case I had ordered boots from of bogsstore.com. It said that the billing name on my credit card would be Gladeals.com and would be sent from China. Again, my credit card company was quick to question the charges. When they did that and as soon as I went onto a PC to look for the website it could not be found.
It was only found using my cell phone?? My daughter tested it from her cell phone and her PC and found the same thing. My credit card company denied the charges and I requested the card be cancelled and a new card assigned.
As one consumer mentioned I wonder if it is connected and despite me intending on ordering $89 worth of boots they were quick to ship out a hat valued at $15 just to get at my credit card number?

I order 5 face masks at a very high price, this was when the virus really started to take off. When I received them and they were not the N95 masks.

back I found NA95 for 1/5 of their price.
