I hired "Won't Stop Moving" company owned by Chris Neal in Federal Way, WA. I hired them through Movinghelp.com a Uhaul company. I had an emergeny medical incident so I couldn't watch them the entire time they were at my home. They worked for three days billing me fraudulently for their time. They were supposed to load the entire contents of my home in bremerton washington into seven uboxes. Everything was already packed in boxes except for the dishes in the kitchen cabinet.
They spent the entire time that I was paying them opening and stealing all valuables out of the boxes that had already been packed. They stole $14000 worth of my household goods or 50% of the entire shipment. As soon as they finished they blocked my phone number so I couldn't call them. Movinghelp.com would not take responsibility even though they failed to screen the movers and displayed fake reviews for them.
Uhaul assisted in the fraud by "losing" six of my uboxes for two weeks so I wouldn't know what was missing until the boxes arrived at my home. I had to cut the locks off because PJ, Chris Neal's son, did not send me the keys to the padlocks. They used some old license plates in my garage on their vehicle to cross the toll booth on the bridge so naturally I was billed for that too.
Plain and simple. The owner Eric had 2 young men working for him. They stole my exs 700 dollar engagement ring. The owner wouldn't admit to it and said he checked with them and was very rude in his reply. Theres a special place in hell for thieves and dishonest people like this. Wish him and those people working with him all the worst in life.
