I was interested in going paperless for my moving company. I contacted MoveitPro and spoke with Jenna Intravaia. During the several phone calls I asked about cancellation if the program did not work for me. She stated to me and my staff that you can cancel at anytime if it doesn't work for you. I read some of the early reviews and decided to try it.
I was told with 5 users it would be $520 a month and paid a $1040 first and last up front. The setup team was to take over and that's where the trouble began. Elizabeth, my trainer, was a self discribed dislexic and could not put together what I sent her in terms of unit numbers, email header info and what is worse is her training itself. She is, I believe, in her early 20's and has know real training experience in instruction. I had my staff on a conference call with her to try to begin training.
It was aweful! She wanted to whip thru everything so fast no of us could keep up. I had my staff throw their arms up with confusion. I tried again the next day with her one on one and it was the same fustrating, non explanations type of bad experience as before. I did have some luck with the chat folks but that was all.
Next the system itself is overly complicated, There many many steps before you can get to just taking a lead. The you go to the inventory area and that too has to be totally modofied in order to produce a quote. On top of that there are 3 other areas, packing, storage, and another that are dead buttons that they haven't even developed yet. So you go thru steps 1-2 and to step 6. Their explanation is that those will be done sometime in the next year!?
I tried for two weeks to use this program. I could not email my customers as that too had not been set up. Then they sent me the email banner and our web address was wrong, the dervices we provide were wrong and all my trucks were totally mis numbered. I was very disappointed with this whole software program as it was not easy, it wasn't done being developed and not for me. I decided to cancell two weeks into this and look elsewhere to go paperless.
When I emailed Jenna who knew of my concerns all allong, she emailed back sorry and here is your final billing. This is where the fraud starts AKA: the bait and switch. You see, you can cancel, but what they don't tell you is in their "fineprint" the contract says they can charge you for the full year up front. Without Authorization, they charged my American Express card $5200! What a RIPOFF! I immediatly emailed Jenna who now claims no knowledge of our conversation ( but I have a witness) and that she has the right to charge up front upon cancellation.
This company and Jenna misrepresented their program in general, lied about the cancellation policy, and fraudulently charged my card at night without my knowledge. She did not bother to call me about it they just charged it. I was RIPPED OFF by Moveit Pro, lied to and now ignored. I was willing to walk away from the $1040 as I did authorize that but when they just charged all the year $5200 I was very angry. I do NOT recommend this company. If they are willing to engage in BAD business practice like this, the are not to be trusted.
