Karen seemed nice when I first applied. Was on there wait list for almost 2 years. After I had moved she did not follow up with me on status of me on wait list. I would call and ask to update my information. No acknowledgement of any kind they had me on wait list or that they updated my information. After a couple of months. Decided to complain to the BBB to get my $20 application fee back. I did get that back. But then was told could never apply again there by their main company in Knoxville Tennessee.
We complained to the state to investigate. The state could find no wrong doing. Even though they refused to rent to us. We complained on Yelp, but that was removed after several months likely by the company. Seems that Karen is a l*****n and made up lies about us harassing her. The company was very mean and nasty to us. At least we got our money back. We wanted to share this with the public so they would think twice before moving to this location. Not sure if its the tonic water they are drinking or just cause they are redneck racists and hate gay men.
