Motor Mall sells cars for low? Please read this article before purchasing from Motor Mall. Majority of their cars have salvaged titles or extra high miles. If the miles or low 9 out of 10 it has been wrecked and repaired. Which means a reputable company like Capitol one, USAA, Honda; State Farm etc. wont Finance or insure these cars. Motor Mall is a Shark Company!!!They pray on the poor and people that just need a ride. I went to Motor Mall because, they advertised selling a 2003 Acura for $3000.
Once I arrived at the lot I was told if I paid cash it would be $2000 extra due to taxes etc. So that would be about $5000 but, if I financed it would be an extra $7000 or $8000 added on to the loan for a power train warranty and I would have to fiancé for three years. I was like are you serious? So basically id be paying somewhere around $13,000 plus for a 2003 with high mileage and a possible salvaged title. That’s a mad rip off. I have a 2012 Chevy and my power train warranty was no- where near that price.
Trust me these people are rip offs. Remember you have been warned. Motor Mall sales people should all be millionaires based on what they are doing. This should be against the law. How are they calculating these fees etc. and who is covering a Powertrain warranty on a 2003 Acura with over 200,000 miles. Shaking my head! Consumers please beware. I could not sleep at night doing this to anyone. I know you want car but please look around before you purchase from these “Wolves “. The sales people won’t even buy a car from there under those conditions. If anyone finances a car with this company you have gotten robbed with a gun. I pray someone stops this from happening. As for now all I can do WARN YOU !!!!!!!
The car that i rented from the two months ago has been sitting in my yard for two days. Does not turn on belt is broke. The alternator that they supposedly fixed a month ago was not fixed. I have been calling for two days straight every hour and they completely ignored my calls. When I did get a hold of someone they were rude and hung up on me. I have missed two days of work now going be three, I'll be getting fired and its 5 days before Christmas. Im a single mother of two, my son has autism and blind. I also don't have any food and no presents for my kids because the car isn't working. Cold heartless people. I don't know what to do and those people don't have no consecrating but themselves.

Sunday March 5,2017 I went outside to find my car was gone. Note I was due in to pay on friday March 3, 2017 however my payment was a regular payment. I received no phone calls or letters in regards to my account was delinquent .
So to repo the car was uncalled for and extreme. I have been calling all the number that are connected to the company and I have learned all the numbers are no longer in service and this is outrageous. If any one else has experienced this please report it.. This company was just on the news last week.
I am out of all my savings and have no transportation.
SINGLE MOTHER OF 3! I bought a car from them on the 4th of June and today is the 27th of June and their tow truck just left here after repoing my car! The girl in their office, Kaye, The one who walks around with a gun on her hip, said that she would work with me on the taxes. I just needed to bring her money everytime I could before my FIRST payment was due on the 15th of July!!! AND they said I owed for the tags but I DON't even have the tags! They were supposed to call me when the tags came in which never happened!!! But here we are with them STEALING my vehicle back! This was so totally planned becuase it only been a short time from when I had the option to bring the car back within the 7 days. They wanted me to pay a repo fee of $595!!!! WTF??? I just gave them every dime I had!!!! I looked their company up and found that they ONLY do scams! There are numerous complaints about them to the BBB!! Where they have been scamming people for the past few years! I've contacted the BBB, The Media, and my attorney. Their finance company (Prime Finance), which is actually a bogus company created by Motor Mall, has now disconnected their phone number after refusing to talk to me after taking my car. Monica in their office's exact words to me were why would we call you to tell you that we changed our mind on working with you and were repoing the car? then you would just hide it! This company has changed their name 3 or 4 times over since they obtained a busines license in 2011!!
