So I live in Jacksonville, Florida. A long story short, the dealership talked this company up, they sign me with a 2005 Gsxr 750 valued at 5.1k and payments of 350 a month. That's fine. Well, two days later, the bike has problems, I return it to the shop, a week later the shop says it's ready (Cycle Image in Jacksonville, also horrible business), so i pick it up and what happens? A week later, same problem. I take it back to the dealership, dealership holds it for 3 weeks claiming they're waiting on a part or haven't gotten to it, they give it back, two weeks later, same problem! So I call motolease, and ask what I have to do to give this bike back, it hasn't even been a month and it continually has problems. "Not our problem, we financed you the money". So I go by the shop for the service records, they give me two papers. I ask for a copy of the contract I sign, "you'll have to come back Monday" (it's Wednesday). Well no word from anyone so I call motolease, they say I have to pay 5k just to return the bike lol, I look into lawyers and other forms of settling this and what do they do? Report a 12k debt to the credit bureau and now I'm in the hole and my credit is ruined, all because of this scumbag company, do not lease with them, do not sign with the on anything, Motolease is the worst financing company (or company in general) that I have ever encountered. They deserve to be locked up.

I have been a consumer of motolease for about 6 months, during the month of november i lost my wallet and had to cancel all my cards and switch my accounts to prevent fraud. In december motolease put my bike up for repossession. I spoke to the recovery accounts manager tony deleon and he told me that they could hold my bike for 12 days and not send it to auction.

I made the payment 3 days before the 12 days mark, i was told that the bike was being released. I called the place where the bike was being held and they informed me that the bike had been moved to auction days before it was suppose to be moved due to a glitch. I contact Tony and told him what i was told when i tried to take possession of the bike, he told me that he had to locate the bike and would get it back to me within 72 hours.

I didn't hear from tony deleon so i called motolease trying to get a update on the 21st of December, he told me that he was requesting that the vehicle be transported from georgia back to tennessee. I called back on the 27th of December no word and no one could give me a update on my bike. Once I reqested to speak to the boss of Tony i spoke to Adi Lio and he told me that he was going to have the bike back to me by the 2 of january, the day came and left.

The bike finally made it back on the the 8th of January and had been damaged by the transport company . I called motolease back and express my concerns about the bike being damaged and how it had been a month without me personally having possession of the motorcycle.

I called for a week straight once the bike was found and the damage was discovered trying to have the bike released and i am still waiting on the redemption for relaese to be submitted and storage fees to be taken care of by motolease. It is going on month 2 and everyone at the company isgiving me the run around and not releasing my motorcycle but they want a motorcycle payment. This is madness and i really just want my money back.

I called and had my repo cancelled, Motolease called the company and cancelled the repo the repo man sat in my driveway and told me he received the cancellation but was still taking the bike. I called motolease back and they claim that there was nothing they could do to get my bike back now they want me to pay fees to get my bike back after they cancelled the repo and the company took it anyways. I called the cops and they told me the company should of never taken the bike and I needed to go to the court house and file civil paperwork against them. This is some BS and I see why Motolease has a bad reputation now I was trying to give them the benefit but they won't even help me out.

Horrible place to deal with 69 days and still no title from dealer so i can tag the motorcycle. Called motolease and they said they do not have to produce a title. I said how am i supposed to tag and license the motorcycle and they said its not there problem. I guess next thing i need to do is get a lawyer .. Did however speak with the missouri attorney generals office and they are very interested to get my information and go after the dealership in joplin . According to them they being a dealer have to produce a title upon sale or delivery ...guess they will learn the hard way. I would like for anyone who is considering this place to please dont make the same mistake i did... They are horrible. Thanks
