BUYER BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT REPORTS FROM "MCI" MORTGAGE COMPLIANCE INVESTIGATORS.
I received a report from Billy Bowles and it was a FRAUD!
Mortgage Compliance Investigators is a SCAM!
They will take your money and give you a fake report just as they did to me.
They are all just CFLA rejects! Every one of these people working here were fired by CFLA !
They live off the bottom of the Earth stealing from people.

I am continually being contacted by this sham company despite my affirmative requests to be taken off their list. I do not do business with FRAUDSTERS. They are also contacting other attorneys and business affiliates of my firm and offering the same broken sales pitch.
Mortgage Compliance Investigators, MCI, and/or Damion Emholtz is a sham company. They do not use any of their own work product, and they are only in existence as a result of their stealing and bleeding CFLA clients [like me].
I met Damion Emholtz, the founder of MCI Mortgage Compliance Investigators, at a CFLA event in Los Angeles, CA when he was employed by CFLA. Damion Emholtz was a salesman at CFLA. Since he was fired from CFLA he has been contacting CFLA clients, including myself, and using the exact same work product as CFLA when he was employed by them. This same work product he has stolen sucks and he does not even have the resources to back it up, or the money to keep his business going.
I have contacted CFLA and reported this fraud by Damion Emholtz to the Board of Directors and I was told that Damion Emholtz has been bleeding CFLA for years since he was employed there. I was told that Damion Emholtz was a "used car salesman" when he first was employed by them and when he was terminated by them he immediately starting soliciting CFLA clients, auditors, and staff... The General Counsel advised me to file this report.
Do not trust the integrity of Mortgage Compliance Investigators, they are a sham/fraud made up entirely of the contacts and clients of CFLA, misappropriated from the real company CFLA.
MCI does not own any proprietary rights to their own work product and they will be out of business very soon!!!
If you are an Attorney you can spot these fraudsters a mile away. Damion Emholtz is a fraudster..

There are plenty of good companies out there offering Mortgage Audits that you can trust, but MCI Mortgage Compliance investigators is not one!

If not already out of business MCI will certainnly be out of business soon... If you are doing business with them you should contact the authorities and demand a refund.
