I was a former employee for stan. I would first like to say i feel sorry for the woman who married him. I'm pretty sure he lies to her too. While working with stan he made me go door to door by myself, in my own car, using my own gas. My job was to get good reviews from former customers we helped. Nobody had anything good to say. Stan later accused me of not doing my job. He then ended up giving me half a paycheck claiming he didn't have enough money to pay me ... When i told him i never agreed to getting half a check he tried shushing me and tried bribing me with a better job position that paid more. Hah.. Stan always accused me of smilling too much?
And never taking my job seriously??? He told me i should come to work every day ready with a cup of coffee for him?? While working there he would also have me drive him back and forth from work to his house. Driving was never in my job description. It was'nt till i finally told him i couldnt afford to drive him around that he finally gave me a stupid 20 dollar gift card for gas. I was young and wanted to impress my boss. I was stupid and this was my "first real job" stan knew this and took advantage of it. After a two months I finally decided Ive had enough. I decided to do a no call no show, because why would i spend my time at a job that wasn't even paying me my full paycheck.
He later accused me of being selfish and in his words saying"shame on you". I have never encountered such a heartless evil man like stan the only person he cared about was himself. Stan didnt care about the employee's, and he certainly didn't care about the family's he was supposedly helping. I should have reported him when i had the chance, but stan had me scared and made it seem like no one would believe me. He would send me nasty emails and make fun of me threw the phone. Again i was young and never encountered anyone like stan. I felt hopeless and didn't know who to turn too. I write this complaint now because i now know i did nothing wrong it was stan and shame on him!
