Robert g plate from morse shannon llp knew i had a brain and spine injury when he took my cases but he chose to ignore my disabilities and our human rights agreement made with a OT at the brain injry clinic. Morse shannon never helped me and a motion was filed by the defendents to remove the lawsuit for inaction....and than he quit and neither micheal shannon or jerome morse objected to this human rights abuse despite multiple pleas for help.
I do not recommend morse shannon llp. My personal experience, as a person with a brain injury, was awful!
