I am a resident of Morris County NJ and had the misfortune of dealing with the County Clerk for Morris County NJ, Ann Grossi, who refused to assist me in my determination of who it was that removed an assignment of mortgage from my county file and then allowed another non-owning, not contracted with bank, lender entity to put an assignment in its place, thereby creating another, false chain of title in my mortgage transaction history so that now I have no idea, who owns what and who I am supposed to pay the mortgage to.

I attempted to have Ms. Grossi assist me in determining how someone, without the required court order, was able to remove an assignment of mortgage and asked that she tell me if they have a back-up in place to protect the citizens of Morris County from the manipulation of land records to create another, false pretender-lender, who then files an illegal foreclosure against my home, alleging ownership rights and completely ignoring the first and only legitimate assignee in my county land records file. I found, via a Truthfinder search that Ms. Grossi has an alias and after viewing her property records on line, notice that all her mortages were either satisfied or paid in full and her alias also has 100's of 1000's of dollars in mortgage also satisfied or discharged which begs the question, for all the citizens of Morris County, how can SHE owe no money to pretender lenders and we, the lowly citizens do?

She, in my opinion and from her attitude and complete disregard to investigate my assertions, know in my heart that this woman, an elected official who is presently running for reelection, is aiding and abetting the foreclosure mill attorneys to place illegal and fraudulent assignments in county land records file, that she oversees and has the power to stop this record manipulation before it starts, yet does absolutely nothing to stop the criminal enities seeking to create a chain of assignments to assert a benefical right to pursue foreclosure, when nothing could be further from the truth. I wrote her a letter in which I demand she conduct a full investigation into my allegations, knowledge and assertions and instead of doing what I, a citizen of Morris County asked of an elected official, she has her attorney for her office, write me a letter, stating, "no further information would be provided from Ann Grossi, without a court order" so she effectively passed the buck to her paid by taxpayer money, attorney law firm which also begs the question, why does the county clerk need an attorney who is paid for with our taxpayer dollars? It is insanity at best

I then contacted her via private message of Facebook advising her that i looked into her mortgages, or lack thereof and that I was also aware of her alias with a lot of discharged or satisified mortgage against her property in Parsippany NJ, so what does she DO? She has the Morris County Prosector come to MY home to advise that I stop sending messages and/or letters to the elected official. I have not threatened her in any way, shape or form, but merely advised her that I found some very questionable and suspect activity in her mortgage file at her own county recorders office and asked if she had proof that she actually paid all the discharged or satisfied mortgages I found in her name and her alias's name. She is nervous that I will expose her for who she really is and that is one of a criminal who is abusing her power as an elected official and is taking money, payoffs from foreclosure mill attorney's or pretender lenders and does care what happens as a result of her aiding and abetting this criminal cartel who then use the newly placed assignments to fake a true ownership benefit and entiitlement to anothers property.

Also, as a footnote to my story, I also had purchassed certified copies of all records in my county file and had them until someone accidently threw them away, but I had the date that I signed the book to obain the certified records and advised Ms. Grossi of the date I paid to have these records drawn up and given to me, BUT was that enough for her to look into my date and what I purchased or to at least look into my known assertion that someone, illegally removed a pertinent assignment to my mortgage and inserted another in its place? no it was not and an employee told me on a day I was at the Clerk's office, that NO backup exists in all the land records to prevent such an occurance as had happened to me, yet I read the "rule book" regarding the maintance of land records and it states "no record for land will be removed from the county records",that means they stay recorded forever, this point is ignored by Ms. Grossi, and, I sent this to Ms. Grossi along with my demand that she investigage and she chose to ignore my demand and sic her goons (attorney) on me advising that I not contact the queen bee, county clerk, elected official,

Mrs. Ann Grossi.AKA Anne F. Guaranno or Annemarie F. Guaranno, who has a load of paid in full and/ or satisfied or discharged mortgages, which must be investigated as I doubt our county recorder, elected official, can provide proof that she paid these mortgages off herself, rather than strike a "bargain" with the pretender-lender, banking cartel and i have no idea who to contact next for an investigation into her, on the job activities, but she must know that just because she has her attormey and the county prosecutor get in touch with me, that I am simply going to walk away from this issue,

she is sadly mistaken as I will not stop unless and until I have seen the results of a full investigation of her on the job activities, as well as solid, irrefutable proof that she did, in fact, pay off the mortgages in her and her husbands names as well as her alias , Ann Guaranno, found on Truthfinder with similarities that can NOT, nor should not, be ignored, she may very well have abused her elected official position and has taken bribes and/or payoffs to allow the criminal attorney's and the lenders to manipulate our sacred land records, on her ELECTED official watch, for which she took an oath of office to uphold the laws and fully protect our sacred land records, which in my particular case she FAILED to do and is now pretending that I am a nuisance to her when it is my taxpayer money that pays her salary and she works for ME, in the end. As I stated above I will not rest unless and until a full and thorough investigation is conducted into her on the job activities as well as her mortgage(s) status, how they were paid and proof of same.

I am not going to give my name here but Ms. Grossi knows who I am and she isn't going to use scare tactics and bullying to make me walk away from what may very well turn out to be one of Morris County's biggest crimes, in terms of the misbehavior of an elected official, so if anyone sees this and is considering or going to vote for this non-doer and non-helper in the county clerks office, I am begging you to take this report into consideration and weigh it heavily before casting your vote as it may be that you would be electing a criminal to keep our sacred land records safe, something my own experiences shows and proves is not what she is doing in her elected position and it is my assertion that if it happened to me, it has happened to others.

I also suggest that any citizen of Morris County who reads this, should view their land records file on line using the Morris County Clerks site which allows online access to view what is in your land record file from the comfort and ease of your own home and make sure that what you think should be in your land file, is there and that no removal or manipulation has occurred in your sacred land records file, like mine and I further suggest, as an added layer of protection against this illegal practice, that you visit the County Clerk's office and purchase everything within your file for a nominal fee, it may save you the heartache I am presently going through as the "newly placed assignee" has filed a foreclosure complaint against me, with absolutely no power or right to do so, so Ms. Grossi, elected official that you are, THANK YOU FOR SCREWING my life up, you are a disgusting excuse for a human being and God will punish you if I am unable to see it through, you should be ashamed of yourself and your behavior for placing the almighty dollar over and above your fellow man, how do you sleep at night or justify your behavior at all?
