My wife and I went to the company's website and scheduled a house cleaning, on the site we answered everything honestly, including claiming a bedroom/office they would not be cleaning. We got a quote for the services, there is nothing in the site or the questionnaire about this being an estimate, or about a time allocation. 1/2 way through the cleaning my wife got a call saying that they only allotted 2:10 and our house was very dusty; so we would have to pay on a time allocation or they would leave at the end of the allotted time. We had no choice but to pay or clean the house ourselves. Still don't know how much we will be charged total, just that they will it our card when they are done. In
