My 2005 Lance 820 Camper was hit by a truck about 4 years ago. In doing so the driver did over $7000.00 damage to my Truck camper. Moores RV did the repairs. It was in the winter time when this happened. When my truck camper was delivered back to my home it was about 20 degrees outside. The Moores truck driver unloaded my RV and the outside looked decent, just a little rippled. I signed off on my RV and the driver left. When it warmed up in March I was planning a trip. When I went to dewinterize there was no antifreeze in the camper. Everything had frozen up. The commode, water lines and water facets were all leaking from being frozen. The computer that controls the electric jacks that raise and lower a truck camper was also ruined by water damage. I called the service manager and he said I will let the owner handle this. The owner denied everything and said it left here fine. I spent another $1000.00 for repairs so I could use my camper and got a gentlemen to help me with pay of course. When I went camping the camper leaked like you wouldn't believe. They were suppose to reseal the camper and inspect for leaks. That didn't happen. I called Lance Corporation in Lancaster California and complained about them and also faxed them Moores bill and my bill for the repairs Moores RV failed to do. Lance Corporation took the dealership off of Moores RV. They had various other complaints about their service. I ended up trading my 2005 RV in and bought a new Truck Camper from a dealer Lance Corp. recommended. My words to the public is to stay away from Moores RV in Ridgeville Ohio. Mr Moore I was so happy to accidentally find this site even though its been a couple years ago. Mr Moore I talked to a couple who bought an RV off of you and you totally disappointed them also. Buyers of RV beware of Moores RV from Ridgeville Ohio
