Purchased a Patriots jersey from this company on December 11th. Still have not received item. Have spoken to the company via email several times. Keep getting responses in broken English that they are not the shipping company. Can’t control the shipping. It’s coming to be patient. At this point I am done and will be filing fraud charges with the bank tomorrow.
I ordered a jersey for my sons birthday on 11/18/2017. I waited the ten days as stated on their website for processing and shipping. I emailed the company several times. On December 13, 2017 I received a reply with a tracking number for USPS that still showed in was in pre-shipment. As of today, the jersey has not been shipped out and I don't expect that it will be.
The business address on the mooapparel website is a vacant lot that was sold in Sept. 2017. This company goes by other names and uses two addresses, both of which are fraudulent. 44 Main St, Charlestown, MA 02129 and 15400 Compton Rd, Centreville, VA 20121 US. Do not order from this company. I know it is unlikely that I will get my $80 back but I hope to warn as many people as I can.
I ORDERED A SABRES JERSEY FOR A BIRTHDAY PRESENT FOR MY NEPHEW. NEVER RECD MERCHANDISE OR EVEN TRACKING INFO. TOLD THEM I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND BY CHECK. CREDIT CARD STOPPED DUE TO SUSPICIOUS CHARGES AFTER I ORDERED FROM THEM. CHARGE FOR A RESTAURANT IN CHINA
