They didn't ship it for a week.
Details: Ordered a box of Montecristos and 3 packs of 5 Jose L. Piedra cigars. When the order arrived, I opened the packs of the Piedras and they were hard and stale. Have been ordering for 25 years and have had shipment delays for up to a month. Never have I received product so stale.
They suggested I put them in my humidor and wait. I ordered these because I know these two brands are usually smokable immediately. I wanted a credit on my account for the stale cigars and they would only give me 25% of what I paid in store credit.
Then they suggested I return them. Well, the cardboard packs were no good so I offered to send them back in the Montecristo box to protect them. I requested that they issue a call tag or send postage. They refused. Should have known better because...
