BUYER BEWARE…PREDATORY business. Set up for you to fail. Took this course in May '17 with last class in June '17; utterly taken aback while taking the school exam and coming to the realization that 80% of the questions administered were never discussed during the class, or from any of the 'review handouts.' Shortly after, my sister died and my life was completely altered. I called the school on Friday 9/22 and spoke with the school's owner, Mercure Volt to schedule a re-take of the exam for Saturday 9/30. She denied me bc it was two days past the 90 days; informed me that I would have to retake the 2 month class at a cost of $300!!! This is INSANE!! They already charge a re-take fee of $40 which is ABSURD. I am so disappointed with this farce of a business; BEWARE ITS A SCAM!!! They just want your $$$...it is NOT set-up for you to graduate successfully...instructor just reads line by line of every chapter to you; almost NO INTERACTION and not a drop of technology - no powerpoints, nothing. I am reporting them to the Attorney General, BBB, and NJ Real Estate Commission :-(
