I ordered shampoo and conditioner. I received the wrong style of both. I paid to return the original product and reordered the correct one but never received a credit for the returned product. The owner answered my original emails stating a mistake had been made and would be corrected soon. I have never received a credit and he will no longer respond to my texts and emails. It's been 6 weeks since the return.
I found this company (monsterhair.com) through a google search for a hair product that I had been looking for and placed an order. The company responded with an order number, confirmation and receipt and said my product should be received within 5-10 working days. I waited for 20 days and when the order had not been received, I tried to contact the company to find out if there was an issue, but they never responded to my emails that were sent to their customer service - they do not have a phone number for customer service available on their website or in any o of the emails I received regarding my order initially. When I received my credit card statement, the charge was on there so I have disputed it with American Express. I also mentioned in my last email to their customer service that I would be disputing the charges if they did not respond, which they did not. The charge on my credit card statement has a phone number associated with it, but when you call it, it says that number is not available. Buyer Beware - if there is a not a valid phone number for customer care, don't buy from that company...
