Agreed to a two-year contract with this company given that they would provide two cameras for my home at a cost of $33 per month. Since the beginning the cameras were not effective and not what I was expecting. Only one of the cameras has worked consistently since I have been serviced with this company. After multiple cars have been stolen out of my neighborhood and people have been approaching me to ask if I can help them I have noticed that my outside camera has not been working or receiving a signal enabling it to work. The first time they installed the outdoor camera it did not work at all and only after another service worker came did they find out that the person had put an indoor camera outdoor for me to use. Hence the reason it wasn't working originally. A year-and-a-half later I am still having issues with this camera as far as signals and viewing what's outside. After getting off the phone with technical support last week I realize that I wasn't even getting clip saved upon the sensor being triggered.
That is due to the first tech coming inside my home and not setting up my system correctly enabling the camera to record Clips when the sensor went off. After being fed up and ready to cancel and wondering when my contract that was originally supposed to be two years was due to be completed the woman supervisor on the line told me that I was not due to be let out of my contract until 2020. I became irate and said that is not in any way shape or form possible I've never signed any contract stating that I would agree to add four years and editions of the contract I had originally started with especially due to the fact that I was severely unhappy with the service all together from the beginning. There is no way I will stay with this company until 2020 it is the most horrible horrible security system I've ever experienced and as far as the cameras they were a complete waste of a dollar complete garbage. I am going to get out of this contract and never signed anything stating I would stay and they're claiming that I've taken over someone else's contract when that was not even possible. I'm going to be contacting a lawyer the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau until this matter is resolved and my can't contract is cancelled immediately.
