Ordered and paid for 4 person hydraulic tent 87" by 75" by 73" received single person tent. Merchant does not respond to email. Clearly a bait and switch operation. Have disputed charge with credit card company.
I ordered a green automatic hydraulic tent for $59.99 and I received a tent made from two hoops. This is certainly not the correct tent. I emailed the company as directed on their website and have had no replies in almost a month. They advertise heavily on Facebook under Allway Store as well.
Molyes Store/ https://ilovecamping.us/ I ordered a 3-4 person tent from this company about 3 weeks ago. It was supposed to be a 3 Seconds Fastest Open Automatic Hydraulic Double Layer Tent × 1 Blue / 3-4 Person / Hydraulic Auto. What I received today was a 1-2 person (or child size) pop up tent that is obviously of lesser quality. I've been in touch with these fools I don't know how many times to get some kind of an answer as to how to go about getting a refund or the actual order I placed but they never reply. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! BUYER BEWARE!! False advertising on a product I purchased https://ilovecamping.us/
Classic bait and switch. I ordered a 3-4 person automatic hydraulic tent with a very specific operating mechanism. After contacting paypal when item was not received and emails to seller bounced back, I finally got legitimate tracking order for a shipment. It was only then that it became known that this was being shipped from China. Received a small, very cheaply made (with low quality materials) pop-up tent instead. It had a totally different mechanism than the tent ordered. Contacted seller again through PayPal dispute resolution center. Did not receive a response. Escalated claim to PayPal. PayPal reviewed claim and approved a refund if I pay to return ship it.
Cost I paid for tent was $69.99. Return shipping will likely be about the same amount of money. Either way, scammer/seller wins. If I don't shell out the money to return, scammer/seller will keep my money in exchange for a low quality, lightweight item that cost almost nothing to make and ship tome. If I return the item, I will be out themoney for return shipping and the scammer/seller may still claim item is not received or not in its original state, thereby keeping my money in anycase. Having now read that this has happened to others, I am certain that this is a fraudulent website for the purpose of this scam.
Stay clear of Molyes Store, Allway Store, or I Love Camping store. They are all the same company. I have been waiting a month for my tent and was told it would be less than 2 weeks. They promise 24/7 Customer service, but they do not respond at all. They have flashy videos, but they are stealing another tent's video and imagery.
This company asked for pictures and I sent what I thought I was buying and pictures of the tent they sent me instead. They advertised on Facebook for a quick hydralic set up tent. I upgraded to the larger model for extra money. This is not what I received. Instead I received a kids play tent barely 4 feet square and flimsy.
I bought this tent after seeing an add at Facebook for $59.99. It looked great on the add. Today I got the package from USPS. I wondered what was in there because ithe pacake was just like a flat circle. When I opened it than I saw that was supposed to be my fancy tent. It's a horrible thin that I can't even really understand what it is. It's tiny too.
I ordered a hydraulic pop-up tent. They took my money I never received the tent. I never received any info on it being shipped and contacted them via facebook page and email. no response to email. facebook message asked for order number I provided order number, I never heard anything back. I received an email a few weeks later claiming that my order had shipped and offered a link to a tracking site. tracking site asked for more info and i declined and broke off contact at that point after they took $48 out of my checking account.
The oder took a month to deliver, then when delivered the tent I believed I was purchasing was Advertised as a 2 person Hydraulic Tent, sent me a half person with no hydraulic system built in.
Paid for a a spring loaded tent advertised and have never received anything. Phone number is fake, will not respond to e-mail or message on FB When you try to post a comment on FB it message pops up that it will be reviewed by web manager and then it never posts for others to see.
Molyes Store advertised 50% off on tents on Facebook. Not saying the store was in China. I ordered a 3-4 person hydraulic tent and paid $69.99 the advertised price through PayPal. Weeks later I received a 1 person non-hydraulic tent. I sent several e-mails to the company with no response. I made a complaint to PayPal and the company answered through them saying they were sorry I was not satisfied with the tent sent and I could return it at my cost to a China address by UPS and they would refund my money. I took the package tent to UPS and they wanted over $350.00 to mail it to the address in China. I emailed Molyes Stores asking for a US address or to refund me the difference in the cost of the tent they sent which was $39.99. I received no response and Paypal refused to look into the matter further. I have a junk tent I did not order and am out the the money. Beware.
After ordering a 3-4 man tent with Hydraulic Opener for $69.99 and waiting more than a month I get this tiny 1 man tent that folds into a circular bag like a windsheild shade.
After opening the bag the poles were in 8 pieces. This isnt even close to the tent the pictures and videos advertised on their site when I ordered it.
Numerous emails with pictures as they state are required for a refund with no reply. No phone number to call- This is a scam
I ordered a 3-4 person triple layered hydraulic open tent. What I received was a one person tent large enough for my 5 year old grandson with 2 fiberglass poles. It cost me 70 CAD. It looks like something from Dollarama.
I ordered 3 Seconds Fastest Open Automatic Hydraulic Double Layer Tent for $59.99 on 6/13/2018 through PayPal. After placing order and being charged, I found discrepancy on its refund policy. I immediately contacted the merchant to cancel my order and refund money. No response. I reported PayPal to file a claim. On 6/21/2018, the seller sent me the shipping notification. On 7/5/2018, I finally received the package from China. The tent was cheaply made and not described or shown on the internet. I contacted the store and Lin to return the product. So far no response. I contacted PayPal again to report the status. PayPal contacted me on 7/13/2018 to return the product to receive the refund along with detailed information. I tried for hours to put the tent in the bag being sent. The 12’ long plastic poles don’t fit in the bag any more being bouncy. I give up to ship back the product knowing the shipping cost will be expensive even if I can put the product back in the bag. Never do business with China.
I ordered a "hydraulic" tent for my husband for fathers day. It was supposted to sleep 3-4 people. What arrived was a small tent, no hydraulics that my child can barely fit into alone.
There is no way an adult can get in this tent, let alone 3-4. I've tried to email (X3 separate times) and message (via the public FB page) and there has been no reply. There is no physical address, no valid phone number and there has been no contact from this company.
I order a 2-person hydraulic tent with a rainfly and got a tiny tent that just folds open for $59.99.
I emailed the Molyes Store and PayPal twice and left a phone message for PayPal a week ago. I want to return the tent and get the right one, or just my money back. I have never had a problem ordering anything online before.
I tried to purchase a hydraulic tent online and paid via PayPal. The company has not delivered any goods and it has been over two weeks. I have emailed them many times with no response and there is no other way to contact the company. I finally submitted a request for payment back from PayPal under my protection plan. Do not purchase from this company.

They are FRAUDS!
This company takes your money but sent a inferior product. They do not have a working email or phone. They need to be taken down from the internet
