Only received order confirmation via email-didnt respond to requests for updates or tracking number. No phone number on website-it would probably be a lie anyway. 18 days later, received 2 items, cheaply made, chemical smell, no labels of brand, care or otherwise. In other words, junk, not as represented on models on website. Items shipped from CHINA, this is not stated on website...FROM CHINA, therefore buyer responsible to pay to RETURN back to China, which therein lies the scam, you keep the junk, they keep your money, even if you dont receive a junk item! Paypal is of no use. THEY HAVE TO KNOW WHEN THEY SIGN UP THESE BOGUS COMPANIES, THEY FIT A PROFILE, PAYPAL DOES NOT CHECK THEM OUT, BUT SIGNS THEM UP ANYWAY KNOWING WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
PayPal rep says ( I had to call 4 times to talk to one, one time left on hold 44 min, I hung up, 2nd time left on hold one hour and 17 min, then they disconnected on me).
PP does not want to help customers with their problems, they believe the customer is at fault because the customer should have known better. The PP rep says that they will discontinue the bogus company account once they have enough disputes. What??? Why wait, you know this is criminal activity!! Who regulates this avenue of scamming people, how can we get this to stop! Everyone needs to be sure to REVIEW ANY CO BEFORE YOU BUY.
If you do get scammed, TELL EVERY AGENCY YOU CAN FIND, THE Better Businesss Bureau, Attorney General, Federal Trade Commision, send an email to [email protected], tell all your friends and family because these ads are all over Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and they all look so innocent. PayPal is responsible, they are the ones I trusted in. I never would had ordered if it had been just a regular credit card purchase and had I known merch was coming from and going to China.
But some of these sites lie and say they are based in the US, have 100% Guarantees, which is all a crock. PP puts their name out there knowing people will use these sites feeling safe, but thats a joke....I learned the hard way. The important thing is to review before you buy, and also, speak out and demand action if you get snookered!!
