Around late September of 2021 I made a song it's acoustic called alone in the storm. A scout or recruiter from the record label mojoheadz message me on soundcloud and said he really liked that piece of music he asked me to send it to him which I did and he wanted to submit it to the folks there at the record label. Around the end of November of 2021 I got a offer to have them produce it for me and enhance it that they would put their label on it and market it and would sell it and it would be released May 13th 2022 globally. The record was released however to date I do not have a single payment basically there's been really no communication there's been no response back to emails that have been sent. I even pay $75 to have a lawyer draft up a letter telling them to let me access to how many units have been sold which is part of the contract they are still not done that either. As most recently a few days ago over the weekend I had sent Katie a email asking her how I could link that piece of music to my SoundCloud and I have yet to hear from her. when I did hear from her a few months back it was very short very short and that's the last that I've heard. The contract I'm allowed to have access to any time to see how many units have been sold and an account was supposed to be set up in that would link my PayPal account to another account that they set up every $5 that goes in that I would be paid it would be transferred. I don't know how the record went I don't know if it sold I don't know anything at this point I'm trying to find out what happened and if I have any money that's due to me that I would like to have that money paid out.

Two weeks later he contacted me and told me that they liked it and somebody contacted me with the contract basically basically the longest short of it is that I would get 50% royalties. That there would be an account set up that would be linked to my PayPal to where every five dollars that came in it would be automatically sent over a $10 I believe it was sent over. The record was released May 13th and to this date I haven't heard anything from them I have not gotten a single payment and every time even as recently as last night contacting Katie to ask her about how I can link that piece of music to my SoundCloud because I make music and places like peloton and whatnot and pretzel and others are very much interested in purchasing my music and using it on their platforms but because this is my song and because I own the rights to it basically I asked them if they could please tell me how I can link it she never responded and this has been the case with this person and with mojo heads ever since basically the record came out and that is every attempt I've made to contact them has gone unanswered the few times that they've answered it's been very cold very sharp almost snappy at me very cold tell me I told you where you could go and what you should do and then they go silent again. I don't know how many units have been sold the last that I heard from Katie she basically made a comment about me figuring out my own persona and that was it when I asked her about how many units have been sold she never responded. I definitely need something to be done about this is I am not in a position that I can afford an attorney and this is my piece of music they are in breach of this contract at this point part of that contract was for the next 10 years I could not remake this piece of music and I'm about to remake it and sell it on my own with my own promotion because I've gotten a lot better and I'm on soundcloud and SoundCloud will help me do it because if they're not going to live up to their part of the bargain and breach of contract and break their promise then I'm going to break my promise too and we can consider the first one to still be mine and that contract can be null and void I'm very upset with them.
