I sent $299.34 to Modkat for a litter box and accompanying supplies. I only received the supplies. They never sent the litter box. I contacted Modkat several times. Twice they responded and each time promised litter box would arrive by end of that day.
I have never received the litter box. They have stopped replying to me and kept my money.
