No one has received a refund. She now claims that the artist Nghia Hong decided not to design anymore cards. She promised to return the money but a few weeks later, she decided to shut down her tarot business. I don't know anyone who has seen a penny refunded. If you call her out on this, she plays the pathetic "Victim" Card as if no one can see through her lies. She claims she sent the money to Nghia Hong through Western Union because he lives in Vietnam.
