Ordered a product for dry heels. $19.95. One time order. Now Modere is charging me $28.95 monthly and there is no way a customer is able to delete their personal credit card information online. Left a message with their representative, who called back but said there is nothing she can do.
Said she has never had any other customers complains to date. The fact that you cannot delete your credit card information substantiates in my mind that this is a complete fraud.
