I went to a sprint kiosk in Grennbriar mall wanting to purchase LG tones, they were out and sold me on some circle gear. I kept it for a day and did not like, so I returned to the same kiosk and was told I can make a exchange at the pembroke mall sprint kiosk. Upon my arrival was told no I could not exchange, but since I wanted the LG tones I went ahead and purchased and drove back to grennbriar to return the circle gear. Since I had purchased with a gift card that the sales rep had disposed off at purchase and I no longer had, was told a check would be issues in 10-14 business days.
Once the 2 weeks had passed I called week after week and was given varios stories, check was mailed.....check gonna be mailed etc...I contiued to call. I was finally told that the money was returned to the card that was thrown away. I was literally told so sorry for you.
I spoke with several people, people at the kiosk level were basically hand tied, people at headquarters were down right rude!
when I found out I wasnt getting my refund after speaking to the retail support manager Antonio who was extremely rude, I called and asked for the CEO name .....I was told that info could not be given
All I want is my money refunded, whether gift card, check, cash I dont care. but I will never use these services again they have been nothing but rude.
