Derek Mason does not fix nor repair any RV in a professional manner. We spent 12-20 Hours waiting on him to show up to finish repairs with excuse after excuse of why he can't show up. He would say he was on his way and not a word after that. Truck wrecks, Mom, Totaled truck, parts not right. Excuse after excuse as to why he can't finish the job.
