I will state this: if you have an RV do your repairs yourself - do not get robbed from mobile RV repair services.... People that paid for RV services to repair your RV when you are vacationing and visiting people and you need your RV repaired and companies charge you outrageous labor rates and you will see the photos of what my slide out on my RV looks like.
The repair person that did the job stated, oh I need to fix that it looks horrible I said, yeah I'm getting a lot of comments from people that come over stating it looks horrible. I am embarrassed when people come over because that is the first thing they see and they mentioned to me; (who did this repair)? and I tell them, they go they will make sure they make a note and never use them.
They said it looks horriblewhen my RV slide out what you used to look good. I will post photos: They stapled my oak trim that used to have oak colored finishing nails and when they put my oak trim back up, they put my oak trim back up with metal silver Staples.
They should have used brown colored Staples and they should have had the RV repair company what had originally done when the RV was built. Brown finishing nails like what was in it when they built the unit instead of doing a half a*s job using silver Staples and the trim is bowed in three different places, it looks pathetic.
They should have done the job properly and used finishing nails and my trim is hanging down all over the place. I will post photo shortly it looks like a butcher job and I will state who this company is and who did the work with photos and timestamp photos. Another person in the park will post their comments because they did work on his rig too.
I do not have much money and I do not like people taking advantage of me and turning me over to Rape every dollar out of my pocket and not finishing the job the proper way. Everybody where I live will not use this person anymore because they see his work and what he did to me a half hour labor and he charged me 2 hours labor.
I am very upset but I am giving him time to do the Right thing because I am a professional businessman all of my life. If nothing gets done and the job does not get finished the proper way that he was hired to do then I will post everything about this company along with photos time stamped photos and all information about the repair job that should have been done but wasn't.
You don't tell a customer you'll be over with two tubes of caulking on Tuesday it is now Wednesday not a phone call State and they're not coming and I'm sitting here waiting for them they never showed up and I paid a fortune for a bill that was worth $59 and it cost me $244 I feel like an idiot I've been so scammed...
I will state this: in the town of Benson the only choice that I would suggest you use is lightning fast RV repair service: They are a Prime RV service and they do not PAD the bill putting 2 hours of labor charges at $300 for 2 hours when they only work on your rig for a 1/2 hour worth of Labor which should only be $75.
This company charged me $300 for a $75 worth of Labor. If this person does not do right thing then they lost a half dozen customers because everybody saw how long he was here working on my rig half an hour and they charged me $300 worth of Labor.
They also overcharged me for a part that I could have ordered from Amazon for $13.75 and free 2-day delivery and they charge me $18.590. Instead of scamming customers, let them get the parts that they need, they can do it for free. Nobody in their right mind is going to pay you $150 an hour to go driving around to town and go to McDonald's while you're charging them $150 an hour.
In Arizona you get scammed by everybody. The hours that they worked they strictly charge you for what time they work and they don't inflate and pay it up the bill I had a simple repair. I'm leaving the name of the company out to give them a couple of days in case something happened with their family.
They were supposed to be at my site to fix my RV which they didn't do the roof job properly the first time they only did part of the seals on my roof and left one major seal. I'm done which I paid them to do all the seals now which ones they felt like and it was supposed to be here yesterday.
