My 14year old son purchases a Clevelenad Indians hat from them but what arrived is what I would call multi-coloured gangster hat suitable for a toddler not a teenage boy. After 45 emails with them which they try to deny & shift blame to the courier company they use, they told me that they would refund my son however because of the international laws it would take 30days. We waited the 30 days & did not see any refund. After chasing this up all they would say is that they did refund me, which my bank statements prove them wrong.
