Offers me .08 cents a mile for a 1607 mile trip when I hired in he offers .38 cents per mile and then he doesn't direct deposit my pay for that week. He claims my miles per gallon ratio to have been extremely low that week & shows my pay on a spreadsheet. Well I've got news for Cody Lopez, I have copies of my log book with documented miles driven & copies of his spreadsheet and I'm going to let Texas Workforce Commission work out a fair & suitable wage for me & get out of his truck asap. I never signed a contract agreement with Cody Lopez aka MK Freight Haulers LLC or Koenig Land Company and this is why I am reporting him.
