I placed an order for a wig on 5/23/2020 and it shipped 5/26/2020, BUT! I’m still waiting for my package to arrive!! I was billed $60, which they billed my credit card immediately! I called the company several times no answer, so I left a detailed voicemail. I finally reached someone and they are telling to wait at least a month for a refund! I AM LIVID! Glad I used PayPal and filed a complaint against this company!
On Monday I placed an order online to Miz Barn, ORDER #1975 on June 26, 2017, for $50,94 for harlem-kima-braid-ocean-wave-20. I have sent several emails to Miz Barn to inform them of the quality of this synthetic hair and that it was inferior. You would not know this until you actually install this product. By this time the hair cannot be returned because it has been used... This is how they get you!!!
I shared with them I did read their return policy and it only references the product if you have not used it. This product is not as you have advertised it. The waves looked nothing like the picture on the package. Once the hair is installed it becomes straight. It does not have the water wave as they have advertised. [continued below]....
Their return policy is horrible. There is no point in returning anything to them if you can only get 1/3 of the price back. Then the standard shipping for anything under $30 is $12.50. Unless you know what you're buying. Do Not Waste Your Money!!!
