Firstly, We started business by one 40’CY of HDPE tube. The scale ticket he submitted was false as the total weight from receiving yard was 10 mts less than the ticket from Mixed Plastic Solutions Inc.
Secondly, we bought another 40’CY of HDPE Drip Tape. We found the container has been tampered while loading. He loaded one row of AG Film and one row of Drip tape in between and skipped the AG Film on purpose while taking the loading photos. We have submitted the related documents as the proof of its fraudulent conduct , such as scale ticket from receiving yard, EIR ticket from Miami Customs and the unloading photos. However, Mr. John Baldino totally denied what he has done to us.
