Ordered the misfit vapor watch. It does not sync with the misfit app on the phone. Called customer service several times and eventually I was told my ticket would be forwarded to the technical team. This was in November 2017. In January 2018 I called misfit for an update and was told a replacement would be sent since "they saw the technical team had yet to respond to the ticket". Replacement arrived and not only did the watch and misfit phone app STILL not sync I wasnt even getting the phone and email notifications from the first watch. Again called customer service and their suggestion "after watching a video" was to send a ticket to technical support. When I asked how that would be different than the existing ticket that has yet to be acknowledged almost 2 months later, I heard cricketts on the phone. None of my multiple tickets or emails have been answered. Im not sure whats worse, the watch or the customer service.
