I paid my $4.95 for my sample of the Blissful Cream andDerma Refresh Eye Revitalizer in March. They were greasy and I did not finish using them, imagine my surprise today to receive, not one but two more packages of these creams to the tune of $209.85 each for a total of $419.70!!!!
I never agreed to another shipment of the product and I really did not agree to the shipping of 2! No where in the advertisement did it say anything about automatic shipments. If it had I would not have ordered because I do not like automatic shipping of anything.
At this point I am trying to get my money back with no luck. Beware!!!
Do not buy anything from Blissful Skin. They are a ripoff and do nothing to help you. I was charged $198.00 and they will not refund my money. Chamber of Commerce needs to shut them down. You call for help and get a bunch of dummies that just read a script from a paper.
I Ordered Blissful revitalizing moisturizing cream, for $4.95 introductory rate. Received it, billed for it, and paid for it. Product was like anything else. I didn't really notice a difference so I cancel my order. But I also got another one charged to my account. I called and asked for a refund. They told me to send product back first which I did. Then they told me they will send a check but never did. Finally I called again and they told me I had to check with my bank my bank. That they had to fix the problem. I asked My bank but cannot fix these problems. I called several times but I just get so mad I quit calling because I don't want to ruin my day. But enough is enough.! Checked company online, found advertising to be false, The product did not perform as advertised. I'm not really mad about that part of it, I'm so angry that they did not refund my money after I sent them back the product. So now I have no product and out an extra payment. So to me that's A loss of over $200.00. Called Mirra, they refused to give refund or let me talk to manager. They said they cancelled the account but not refund money charged. It is Impossible to work with this company and they keep giving me the runaround telling me the last thing I should do at this time is call the bank over and over again. Someone needs to do something about it to shut these people down because they are scammers.
I went on to the website for Mirra, LLC. But did not purchase anything. Yet then received something in the mail a face cream. When I tried to go to the website to say I do not want any more of their products, the website was inaccessible. Kathleen C
I saw on face book that the shark tank investor's all backed up this product. So I payed for a trial samples. On March 20 2017. I received the samples on 25 of March 2017. On April 3rd the company withdrew 2 separate Acton of 94.00 and 104.00. I called and They said since I Did not cancel order by the 14 days they took the amounts from my bank. This information was not provide when I bought the free trial. How can they do this when not open weekend's and I was out of town on family emergency. The money was taken out early on the 14 12th trial. They had in my eyes till midnight what can I do to get refunded for the two amounts taken.

Called Mirra, they refused to give refund or let me talk to manager. They said they would cancel the account but not refund money charged. Called bank who resolved the refund. Impossible to work with this company and product doesn't work as advertised. Beware of this scam, check with your bank for other charges charged relating to cosmetics.

The experience I am having with the company called Mirra LLC is much the same as described in the first review. The representatives refused to allow a return of the products or refund of outrageous charges. The product is now listed on Facebook as being endorsed by Drs. I tried the product once and experienced an allergic reaction and never ordered more. Suddenly, I began receiving orders in the mail. The charges range from 99.90 to more than 200.00. Now working with the bank to resolve the fraudulent charges. Beware of this company and the scam.

This company gets your credit card number for shipping charges and then sends unordered unwanted products charging your credit card over and over.
