It is not Mirch Media, I have experienced same but now I understand that call dint come from the company. Actually some fraud people call and do this type of activity. I have inquired a lot and come to know that Mirch Media Inc is clean.
I purchases some anti virus hardware in 12/16-- all was good. I also purchased spy ware in June of 2017.
Everything was fine and working well until yesterday. They say the spy ware is not working and wanted to refund my purchase price plus $100 for my trouble, the catch was the company is only allowed to refund no less than $1,500 and then I was to 10 go to the store and buy 10 $100 ITune gift cards as the only way to give them back the additional funds.
When I told him the money was not in my account so he would not be getting any funds he hung up on me. I hope they rot hell
