MiraVie keeps sending me their eye serum. I do not know how I paid for the trial and therefore do not know how they are charging me. This has been going on for many months. I can not find a way to contact them.
We too ordered a $4.95 sample, with no warning (or not one a normal person would read) that we had signed up for a $85.95 per MONTH subscription. I was able to cancel the subscription, but not before the first $85.95 shipment went out. CSR "Tay" offered me a 35% credit, but they cannot accept returns. It was a $56 lesson in reading ALL the fine prnt.
The product doesn't work, but at least it causes no harm.
We ordered a $4.95 sample, seemingly with no strings attached. In tiny print, it told us we had signed up for an $85.95 per month subscription. A fairly savvy web user missed that warning. The first notice we got was when the $85.95 showed up on our visa bill. Csr "tay" cancelled the subscription before shipment #2 went out, and gave us a 35% credit on the first full-price shipment, but that was all she could do. The company does not accept returns.
The stuff doesn't work, but it doesn't leave acid burns on your skin, either.
