May 7, 2021 Clarke Dailey w/Minnick and Dailey Estate Services AKA known as Minnick & Dailey Holdings, Inc. provided a written contract, promised to provide a written inventory and picked up and committed in writing to our family that he would sell more than $10,000 in estate sale items he took possession of but he refuses to honor his own written contract and simple make a final payment of at least $3,000. My mom, Lisbeth Painter is 86 years old and in fraile health. Clarke Dailey w/Minnick and Dailey Estate Services, thas taken advantage of my elderly mom and refuses to pay what is owed to her.
Clarke, sold everything within the first few months after taking possession of valauble estate sale items in May of 2021, but refused and continues today 6/17/22 to pay our family, my mom, what is owed to her by Minncik and Dailey.
Feb.9, 2022 he finally did provide a partial inventory of $3,000 in items he said he sold, and told us he had mailed a check out, which was never received and refused to set up a time we could pick up final payment from his business. His daily and weekly hours are sporadic so it is impossible to know when he will be there to pick up a check. I have tried. He has been lisitng excuses related to Covid 19 ilnnesses in his family for more than 12 months in why he has not been able to settle and simple pay my family what is owed.
We have filed a complaint with the BB, report #17251529 on 5/25/22, but unfortunatley they emailed and called him re: our complaint and he refuses to reply or answer our complaint for breach of contract. So there seems to be nothing else the BBB can do to help us. Minnick and Dailey Holdings, does have an F rating with the BBB and 3 other similar complaints filled against Minnick and Dailey Holdings just over the past 12 months. I can email copies of contract, inventory and pictures of items Minnick and Dailey sold for my mom, Lisbeth Painter.
