Hey did Levittown North too - took 3 months to get them and they were horrible. I was so disappointed. Like · Reply · 34w They did i9sports in Smithtown took 3 months for horrible photos and never even sent the team photo they are a nightmare!!! We want a refund! Like · Reply · 1 · 35w They did Commack South Little League as well. On the day of photographs my husband and sons showed up at 8:30. The “photographer” forgot the backdrop!!! They didn’t get their photos taken until two hours later. We were told that the team photo would be photoshopped. We waited months to get an email of digital photos. The team photo looks very fake. I would have preferred the individual photos to be in a real setting not a backdrop. It was a little more expensive than last year and didn’t include any prints. Hopefully CSLL will go back to EAP in Pt. Jeff station. They did an amazing job and had quality, real photographers. Like · Reply · 35w 516-214-0466 Gregg Michaels .......

Unfortunately, so many leagues look for a photographer based on low price. (Much of this is based on complaints from parents about how expensive everything is.) Ultimately, dealing with a low bidder ends up in a large number of parent complaints such as this one; when dealing with a provider who bases their services on low price, it's usually a trade-off resulting in sacrificing quality, service, or both.
The Professional Photographers of America (PPA) offers a find-a-photographer service on their website, www.ppa.com. There are many qualified professional photographers in every state. This site will help you (or your league) find them.
Good luck to those who are waiting for resolution; hopefully your leagues will make different choices in the future. Like · Reply · 16 · 35w That's the case with everything. Otherwise, before you go lawyer hunting, try contacting the NY Attorney General's office or the Suffolk County District Attorney's office and get your rights explained. Also, contact any of the NY Help lines associated with WABC, WNBC or WCBS. Their help is free, as is News12 and Newsday, but the major TV stations may have more clout. All is not lost yet. In the future, you might consider taking your own pics as I did when our son played ball on Long Island. Walmart can blow them up for you and they'll look just as nice but without the photoshop.
Good luck. It was completely unprofessional and we are extremely disappointed! Do not recommend them at all!!

They even asked for an alternate address! I told them there was nothing wrong with my address and I wanted my photos or to speak to owner ... finally got pictures ... awful which I emailed to complain and mentioned that I did not get team photo ... they said they are still working on them !

These pictures were such a joke and it took over two months to receive them. The season was over for more than a month and we finally got them and just laughed how awful they were. Just take a normal photo of the kids. They don’t need to appear like they’re in a video game. Like · Reply · 1 · 35w
