I ordered a pair of fishing sunglasses in August 2017 and they offered me a deal on 2 pair , after I completed my order they took the money off my card immediately and they never sent me no tracking number, so I have sent emails to them over the past 2 years and also tried numerous times to call and never got to speak with anyone.
I still have the emails they sent me back stating that I would be receiving my tracking number in 2 to 3 business days, well it’s been almost 2 years and no resolution, I’m tired of being scammed on everything I order and I would like some closure on this matter, please help me . Thank you
I ordered two pairs of sunglasses (ad on Facebook). They never sent a tracking number despite repeated requests. Multiple emails saying they had shipped my order.
After about a month, they said my sunglasses were out of stock and they would issue a refund. I replied and this is the email I got:
"Your refund has been processed! We hope we have done everything possible to serve you.
Depending upon the banks involved, it can take 3 to 5 days for refunds to appear in your account."
No refund was processed. I sent more emails requesting a refund. This was the reply:
"Thank you for your kindest consideration! I processed your refund for you. Kindly allow another few more times for a notification from your banking statement regarding on with your refund status. I am sorry we couldn't be of better service to you on this occasion. Please do let us know if we may ever be of further assistance to you in the future. We would love to have an opportunity to do business with you again someday soon. Have a wonderful rest of the day!" Obviously not an English speaker. I doubt they are located in US, despite the California address given on website. I made numerous calls - always the same robotic recorded message. no one ever picks up. I was on hold for HOURS. I ordered this on August 2, 2017. I filed a claim with the BBB and the company did not respond to the complaint. Their website is not working anymore. BUYER BEWARE!!
