BEWARE of Milton Hurtado Jr & Natalie Burgos!! He claims that he is selling Mini Exotic English Bulldogs but this is UNTRUE! I gave him a $250 which he said on multiple occasions that it is fully refundable. I have multiple witnesses that heard him say it.
I asked multiple times for the parents pedigree. He became very rude and defensive after I would ask him mutilple questions just trying to get more information about the puppy I will be paying for. Finally, after not sending the pedigree to me, I said I did not want to continue doing business with him and requested by deposit to be returned.
He scammed my family of $250 and will not give my deposit back. He's not a certified / registered breeder. He is trying to breed english bulldogs & french bull dogs from his apartment. He is also a Felon. He keeps getting his instagram accounts suspended and then he reopens new ones or changes names.
Hopefully this review can prevent others from being scammed from them. He obviosuly has done this before and knows how to finagle the system. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.
